Brian joined the Traditions family in June 2020. Brian loves his daily interactions with the residents, their families, and the team. He feels fortunate to work beside such a special group of people and to spend his days connecting with great residents.

Christina Maples
Assistant Executive Director
Christina’s journey at Traditions started with her own personal experiences and assisting her family with the aging process and continued independence. Christina brings over 20 years of management experience in various fields with a deep passion for customer service and family connections. "I look forward to welcoming you and your family."

Patrick Halko
Director of Facilities
Pat is a graduate of Johnson Technical Trade School who has achieved success in the field of Maintenance Management. His responsibilities include housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance. Pat’s focus is on being a teaching, hands-on manager. He has been a vital part of the Traditions of Lansdale Team for the last 9 years. Pat’s greatest love is working to make our resident lives as comfortable as possible.

Lori Barberio
Business Office Manager
Lori joined the Traditions team in September of 2020. Lori’s background includes working in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as hospital and healthcare services. She enjoys the family atmosphere at Traditions and interacting with our caring, dedicated staff, as well as the residents. She works to ensure accurate and timely billing services, as well as payroll and HR duties, and is always happy to answer questions.

David Kubisek
Food Service Director

David is a classically trained chef, bringing over 25 years’ experience managing kitchens in both restaurants and senior living communities. He is very excited about joining the Traditions of Lansdale team. He is looking forward to exceeding our residents dining expectations by preparing meals with fresh ingredients and increasing the level of service in the dining room. David is a proud father of 4, and enjoys hiking and spending time in the outdoors with his wife.

Lisa Getz
Wellness Nurse
Lisa studied Social Work at Kutztown University and got her start as a caregiver in senior living. She then moved on to get her license in practical nursing at Lansdale School of Business. She loves to craft and make special gifts for oved ones in her spare time. She loves spending time at home with her son and dog Ruby that love to play all day long. Lisa is passionate about her work and loves helping families with their loved ones.

Ian McCollum
Sales and Marketing Associate
Ian has been working in the senior living industry since 2021 and got his start in activities. He was born and raised in Pennsylvania and graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Helping families and their loved ones obtain peace of mind is something that he is passionate about. In his free time, Ian enjoys going on hikes, playing his guitar, and spending time with friends and family.

Caitlyn Potteiger
Marketing and Sales Director
Caitlyn has worked within the healthcare, mental health, and geriatric case management industry for over 13 years. She has a vast expertise in personal care management with a strong focus in mental health services. She studied Criminal justice with a minor in Psychology at Berks Technical Institute. She prides herself on assisting all seniors with a personal touch from admissions to beyond. Her passion for working with seniors comes from her personal experience of caring for her aging grandmother at home until she was placed within a senior community and was cared for by the loving and attentive staff. Caitlyn has 2 children and has a love of all things animals.
