Marianne discovered her passion for caring for seniors following a life-changing event in 1995. While visiting her Dad when he was receiving care in a community setting, Marianne realized that she wanted to work in healthcare. She wanted to impact the lives of seniors and their families in a positive way.

Marianne began her career in healthcare as a Certified Nurse Aide in a retirement community in Bucks County. Through training, education, and work experience, she continued to grow professionally and take on more responsibility.  Since obtaining her Personal Care Home Administrator license in October 2000, Marianne has served in the roles of Personal Care Staff Manager, Personal Care Administrator, and Executive Director in communities specializing in skilled nursing care, personal care, and dementia care. She has served residents in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Marianne’s ability to affect the health and dignity of older residents and their loved ones is truly a gift. Marianne leads by example and is deeply committed to providing the highest quality of service and support to residents, their families, and the staff.

Rachel was born and raised in Rochester NY. She relocated to Pennsylvania in February 2024. Rachel has worked in the healthcare field for 24 years. She started out as a Med Tech working with individuals with developmental disabilities. She went on to earn her Practical Nurse License. Through the years, Rachel has worked as a Compliance Nurse in Home Care, a Nurse Manager in Skilled/Rehab and most recently as a Resident Care Manager for an Assisted Living/Memory care community in New York. She is passionate about working with aging seniors managing their health and safety needs. In her free time she enjoys house plants and traveling.

Pat is a graduate of Johnson Technical Trade School who has achieved success in the field of Maintenance Management. His responsibilities include housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance.  Pat’s focus is on being a teaching, hands-on manager. He has been a vital part of the Traditions of Lansdale Team for the last 9 years. Pat’s greatest love is working to make our resident lives as comfortable as possible.

Lori joined the Traditions team in September of 2020.  Lori’s background includes working in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as hospital and healthcare services. She enjoys the family atmosphere at Traditions and interacting with our caring, dedicated staff, as well as the residents. She works to ensure accurate and timely billing services, as well as payroll and HR duties, and is always happy to answer questions.

David is a classically trained chef, bringing over 25 years’ experience managing kitchens in both restaurants and senior living communities. He is very excited about joining the Traditions of Lansdale team. He is looking forward to exceeding our residents dining expectations by preparing meals with fresh ingredients and increasing the level of service in the dining room. David is a proud father of 4, and enjoys hiking and spending time in the outdoors with his wife.

Caitlyn has worked within the healthcare, mental health, and geriatric case management industry for over 13 years. She has a vast expertise in personal care management with a strong focus in mental health services. She studied Criminal justice with a minor in Psychology at Berks Technical Institute. She prides herself on assisting all seniors with a personal touch from admissions to beyond. Her passion for working with seniors comes from her personal experience of caring for her aging grandmother at home until she was placed within a senior community and was cared for by the loving and attentive staff. Caitlyn has 2 children and has a love of all things animals.

Shahid joined our team in 2023. He was born and raised in Philadelphia and graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a degree in Media Communications. His goal is to provide our residents with the opportunity to enjoy their lives to the fullest extent possible. Shahid enjoys spending time with his two children in his personal time.

Lisa studied Social Work at Kutztown University and got her start as a caregiver in senior living. She then moved on to get her license in practical nursing at Lansdale School of Business. She loves to craft and make special gifts for oved ones in her spare time. She loves spending time at home with her son and dog Ruby that love to play all day long. Lisa is passionate about her work and loves helping families with their loved ones.

Ian has been working in the senior living industry since 2021 and got his start in activities. He was born and raised in Pennsylvania and graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Helping families and their loved ones obtain peace of mind is something that he is passionate about. In his free time, Ian enjoys going on hikes, playing his guitar, and spending time with friends and family.
