Brian joined the Traditions family in June 2020. Brian loves his daily interactions with the residents, their families, and the team. He feels fortunate to work beside such a special group of people and to spend his days connecting with great residents.
Resident Care Director
Nicole has been a nurse for 8 years and has been working in senior living communities most of her career. She started working as a dietary aide, then as a nursing assistant, then decided to go back to school for her nursing degree. She graduated Eastern Center for Arts and Technology with her LPN in 2013. She has worked as the Assistant Director and Director of Wellness. Nicole has a passion for caring for seniors and knows that senior living is the right fit for her. She is looking forward to meeting you all.
Libby has been working with adults with memory care needs for her entire professional career. She earned her degree in Human Development & Family Science with a minor in Gerontology from Messiah College in Harrisburg. She recently moved to the Philadelphia area and joined the Traditions of Lansdale team in March of 2021. Libby has a passion for helping those with dementia and creating moments of joy through engagement and creativity.
Director of Facilities
Pat is a graduate of Johnson Technical Trade School who has achieved success in the field of Maintenance Management. His responsibilities include housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance. Pat’s focus is on being a teaching, hands-on manager. He has been a vital part of the Traditions of Lansdale Team for the last 9 years. Pat’s greatest love is working to make our resident lives as comfortable as possible.
Business Office Manager
Lori joined the Traditions team in September of 2020. Lori’s background includes working in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as hospital and healthcare services. She enjoys the family atmosphere at Traditions and interacting with our caring, dedicated staff, as well as the residents. She works to ensure accurate and timely billing services, as well as payroll and HR duties, and is always happy to answer questions.
Kimberly holds a bachelor’s degree in business education and believes education is the key to understanding, especially when it comes to finding the best possible care for you or your loved one. Her passion and devotion will become quite evident starting with your first phone call to Traditions. She will give you the utmost respect and dignity through your journey to find the best living community. Kimberly brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field as office manager, administrator, and problem solver. Let Kim help assist you in making this important life decision.
Gwen has been working with activities in senior living for ten years. There is nothing better than seeing the smiles on residents’ faces when they say they had a fun and wonderful day. Gwen’s goal for the residents is to work their bodies, challenge their minds, encourage their creativity, renew their spirit, and simply have a lot of fun!
