Rachel Lewis
Rachel was born and raised in Rochester NY. She relocated to Pennsylvania in February 2024. Rachel has worked in the healthcare field for 24 years. She started out as a Med Tech working with individuals with developmental disabilities. She went on to earn her Practical Nurse License. Through the years, Rachel has worked as a Compliance Nurse in Home Care, a Nurse Manager in Skilled/Rehab and most recently as a Resident Care Manager for an Assisted Living/Memory care community in New York. She is passionate about working with aging seniors managing their health and safety needs. In her free time she enjoys house plants and traveling.
Patrick Halko
Pat is a graduate of Johnson Technical Trade School who has achieved success in the field of Maintenance Management. His responsibilities include housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance. Pat’s focus is on being a teaching, hands-on manager. He has been a vital part of the Traditions of Lansdale Team for the last 9 years. Pat’s greatest love is working to make our resident lives as comfortable as possible.
Juleck Beaudouin
Juleck discovered her passion for the elderly while taking care of her great aunt, who was diagnosed with dementia. Her curiosity and passion pushed her to get a job at an assistant living facility, where she started working as a part-time caregiver in 2012.
Being in this industry has also inspired her to obtain her degree in Hospitality Management. She has worked in multiple positions in the assistant living industry, from Activity Coordinator to Food Service Coordinator. Juleck understands transitioning into a new community can be intimidating, so she has dedicated her life to ensuring your loved ones receive the best care possible. Juleck has a serving heart. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two cats, Niko and Ziggy.
LaVerne Riley-Sumner
LaVerne Riley-Sumner was born and raised in Philadelphia. She has been working in healthcare for over 15 years. She specializes in dementia care and is a certified dementia trainer. She has formal training with Teepa Snow’s program and takes the time to educate families on their loved ones’ journey through dementia and Alzheimer’s. LaVerne is passionate about her work and takes great pride in caring for her residents who need memory support.
