About Us

Located in Lansdale, a suburb of Philadelphia, in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and within minutes of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Traditions of Lansdale is an award-winning senior community that provides an affordable, home-like environment for older adults. Traditions of Lansdale was recently renovated – in 2023 and 2024. Renovations were significant and created a small Independent Living neighborhood with apartments and rents to meet a variety of needs and budgets. The Personal Care apartments were all renovated to create handicapped accessible bathrooms with new carpet, paint and fixtures. Traditions of Lansdale is a welcoming community for all seniors – those that are independent but tired of the upkeep of a home as well as those that require some level of personal assistance. The Daybreak Memory Care Neighborhood is designed for seniors living with memory impairment due to Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. This unique, structured and secured environment promotes independence, socialization and a better quality of life.

I moved into Traditions of Lansdale about a month ago and I keep experiencing something new everyday. At first, I was apprehensive about moving, but realized more and more it was the right thing for me to do. I am making new friends all the time. The staff are always so pleasant. The community itself is beautiful and they have so many activities where you can get acquainted with a lot of new people. They care about you and make you feel safe. The servers in the dining room make sure you are well served and are always pleasant. I AM HAPPY I AM HERE!
