Traditions of Lansdale is a great place for anyone who needs extra care. It’s a safe place and will give family a peace of mind that their loved one is being taken care of, so well, by friendly and great staff.
My sister and I visited many assisted living communities in the York Area before we chose Traditions of Lansdale for our mother. It was the nicest and cleanest place by far. We both felt the community was absolutely beautiful and smelled wonderful. Our mother was very lonely and depressed after the death of our father. She was not eating very much and most of her friends were not able to get out anymore even to attend church. She has made many new friends. They have so many activities. She enjoys the musical performances and devotions and her exercise class. Mother often comments on how helpful all the staff are. My sister and I feel confident we made the right choice and feel assured our mother is in great hands.
We’re very pleased with how things are going at Traditions of Lansdale! Right from the start they were helpful and caring! The marketing director is very very good, and the tour was informative and helpful. She had the answers to every question I had, and let me know things I wouldn’t have thought to ask. They were super accommodating in terms of helping her get settled in after she moved as well! The staff is very observant about the needs and moods of the residents, and the LPNs and the visiting doctor make sure all of the care is top notch. They even do a great job with the food! They’ve got good portions, a lot of selection, and my loved one really seems to enjoy it!
When my mother-in-law needed to be placed in a facility, my husband and I decided to tour Traditions of Lansdale. We often heard about their reputation, which was very good and has remained that way. Our tour especially enhanced that. Location was important to us as well and they are conveniently located close to doctors’ offices, shopping and two hospitals if necessary. When we entered the facility, the first thing we noticed was a very cozy fireplace in the lobby. The facility was absolutely immaculate. During our initial tour it was clearly evident that the marketing director was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. Out of the other facilities we visited, this one was clearly the most kind and generous to their visitors and residents. The staff and residents were happy. We especially liked the idea that everything was on one floor and it would allow her to navigate very easily. The food looked and smelled delicious. She has now been a resident for approximately three months. She has a lovely cozy private room. She has made friends and, after many years of living alone, she once again has real purpose in life. I would highly recommend and have recommended Traditions of Lansdale to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.
My mother who has Parkinson’s and lived independently on her own, recently had a stroke that necessitated a move to an assisted living facility. I was working through my list of possible places but when I contacted Kim Braccia, Marketing Director at Traditions of Lansdale she quickly made me feel at ease, I knew my search was over. Kim worked tirelessly, even on Sunday, to help me through the process. You see, even though my mother lived in the local area, I live in Mexico, so this was not going to be the standard process. I admit that I was a frantic, stressed-out mess, but there was no problem or issue too big that Kim couldn’t handle. After doing a virtual tour and meeting Libby Gover, Memory Care Director, we started the admission process. My mother has been at Traditions of Lansdale, Memory Care neighborhood for about two weeks now and she is very happy. I will go back to Mexico with peace of mind knowing that she is in excellent hands. I want to give a big thanks to Kim and Libby and even though I am in Mexico we will be in touch to ensure my mother’s continued happiness. Many thanks

My sisters and I visited Traditions for our mom. We are in the early stages of looking around. It was clean, smelled good (you know the stereotype that nursing homes smell bad), and the staff was friendly. We are not yet ready to place our mom, but left Traditions feeling hopeful of whats available for our mom when the time does come.

Every step and interaction from the initial tour to the move-in was pleasant. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Their knowledge, guidance and genuine concern is refreshing. Weíve toured several places and Traditions hit all of the marks. True peace of mind knowing our loved one is here. She is safe and very well taken care of
We just moved mom into an apartment at Traditions of Lansdale for assisted living. The atmosphere is friendly and personable, and the facility is clean and well maintained. Mom started to feel right at home from the very first day. She already has made a couple of friends and attended some activities and it's only been a week. Our family feels comfortable that we made the right decision.
